When upper mgmt converts the business model from growth and the development of a company to a simple personal cash cow, it’s all downhill from there. I don’t see any other purpose of these layoffs, nor do I see any strategy these cuts are meant to serve. This company will only be about layoffs and cuts in the future, because there’s no even an attempt to turn the ship around.

To me they are charlatans. Trying to use AI as a catalyst for layoffs when it's really to compensate for the bad sales and terrible margins.
