During the town hall meeting yesterday, it was announced no more cutbacks. We’re all in the clear.

CL has failed everywhere he has been. If he were so great he wouldn’t keep moving from company to company. Bobble head “yes” man for the abject failure JB. Has added NOTHING of value to CC.
They're shutting down small cell because it isn't selling with fiber. We're basically selling everything we just bought at a loss. That and a huge office in Houston for no reason are JB and LN legacy.
I think small cells is part of the deal. They are canceling anything they can after 2025. New company probably just wants the assets after 2025. Probably be another round of layoffs q1 2025. Be a lot of higher ups resigning aka getting fired and a Skelton crew to finish the remaining 2025 jobs.
Yeah CL has definitely said layoffs weren’t coming like 2 weeks before they were announced pretty much every round of layoffs lol
That's funny that's what several vps said in July 2023 to a team's call of 300 people.
That's not true, at least not in all or many cases.
@aer+1u7z5m6C -------you don't know any better. Many other companies have surpassed Crown as a desired place to work. You're in a chit - hole and don't know it.
If people don’t work at crown anymore why do they continue to come on here? Get over your ex.
The fact that they knew since February/March who they were going to lay off in June, I wouldn’t trust anyone.
Apparently my biggest mistake was not pumping out babies and being on maternity leave half of my time spent at Crown instead of showing up and actually working every single miserable day in the office as I was told to.
When you work as a PM and lose sites, you lose your job. When you’re a manager and lose more than half of your team because they all couldn’t stand you, you get promoted to your boss’s job.
I really had no idea how much Crown drained me until I was out of there.
If your manager starts getting distant, that’s your warning.
Are we going back to four days a week officially?? The transparency at this place is just so great I have no idea.
Maybe its back to the days when people would just disappear before the official layoffs started in 2021. That used to happen A LOT
What town hall meeting lol
No more cutbacks lol. I remember that being said when we had 1,000 more employees than we do now.
It's usually all in their choice words. No more cut backs (at this very moment). I lost count of how many times leadership has lied on those calls.
@Cry babies - believe me, I totally understand where you're coming from. We all have some sort of frustration with certain aspects.
No, I’m not claiming my job is physical. I was making a point that people don’t know how good they have it.
Let's be honest your job is not physical? If you're a construction manage you go out into the field with your fancy truck and you sit there and watch the company you bid out to do the work. You don't do physical labor.
Boo hoo keep crying you have to go into an office. Soft a** people. Let’s me know that a lot of individuals have been spoiled with cushy office jobs and have never had to do physical labor in the conditions.
Besides leasing out some of the space in Houston and us having to go back to the office 4 days, while 60% of the company is remote if not more but us together is better. Yay go team
You "might" be but not a good idea for you to be so sure.
Is that you CL?
You purple clown!
