Don't expect improve, if you are smart enough take the package and leave now. If you are notified pip then it means company will try whatever they can to let you go.
How long is the PIP period to improve?
Contractor treated sh-t in Samsung and they are always first to let go
Looks like every team have 5% you can choice leave with 2 months pay or accept the bad rating to improve.
