I got an F grade from Psychology 4xx college level Decision Making when I joined Intel as a contractor “ green “ batch working on hourly pay
I had to pass that required class to get my college degree so I took it again. I got an A grade second time and decided to leave Intel right away. I am glad to make the right move a few years ago.
Let me guess OP, you are from Asia and you were told your whole life that performing in school was the most important thing and it's not a bad thing. Guess what, there is more to life and no text book that you memorize will prepare you for it. If you can't judge people no MS, MBA or PhD will save you. Sorry, they didn't tell you that bit of info did they.
Lol... colleges are part of the problem. Can't MBA your way out of this.
And these id---ts decide who to cut... except themselves.
Everyone in the management is either delusional fanatic (PG) or looking only for a short time gains to get a promotion/bonus and jump ship to leech off another host.

Because the culture and incentives are to optimize for self-promotion, self-aggrandizement and empire building - not for the company to be successful in the long run.
Many of these same people do well in other companies that have different cultures and incentive structures.
Education level = MBA. It all comes down to Incompetence and Greed
