Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Too high expectations, poor feedback

Management's wants are mildly put unreasonable, and when you - shockingly - don't manage to achieve everything they asked for to their standard, they provide no feedback on what you can do to improve. It's just becoming more and more frustrating to work in such conditions.

Yes so many of the suits don't even have legit degrees. The flunky who was in charge of our group had an online degree, then a "master's" from another online program with minimal accreditation. The company doesn't care since it is lined with incompetents.

OP, it was only a matter of time HHCCs would catch up to be like PSCs. Getting worse for us too!

With losers like Nathan H. Cumsock and Ricky Singh (online MBA, Caribbean medical school) running the Optum/Medexpress side, it will only get worse...jump ship while you can instead of working for these sleazy lying administrators who smile in your face but are as transparent as sewage.

Only a matter of time before Medexpress closes....
