Medicare Part D has way to many Executive Directors that do not do anything but hinder the Directors and Managers getting work done. Can get rid of half of them.

The medicare division could lose a few thousand employees without blinking. They literally have project managers reporting to project managers. There's also an army of individual contributor directors. Time to thin the herd
