Leadership hopes September will be our lowest month. Then growth

Word is that Joel was in Cincinnati yesterday and had a town hall. He stated that leadership had projected June to be the lowest month for head count but now they are thinking September. Take it for what it’s worth.

But hey, if you’re part of the Circle of Champions you get an all-inclusive trip to Jamaica for you and a plus one. Nevermind the lack of job security for everyone else.

So they thought it was June now they think it’s September. Have they pointed to any data to support their claims or is this purely speculation? All I hear is they were wrong in their projections (again) and looking at the numbers now we are nowhere close to their current projections.

At this point, I don't think anyone truly knows or can predict that. The numbers have been consistently low. They aren't getting the business they need for the numbers to rise. If they are projecting September to be the lowest it has been you can bet they will be laying off a lot of people that month to make up the difference.

It all goes back to the projected target date of 2025 before any metric would possibly be met. At this rate and looking at the numbers, I'd suspect that every month there will continue to be layoffs up until at least 2025 when the projected target date was supposed to be reached. Until then, everyone is at the luck of the drawl whether they have a job or not. I hate that we have gotten to this point.
