I'm so overworked and I've been stressing so much that it started affecting my health. My blood pressure has never been higher. I'm about to see my doctor about it and I'm starting to wonder why I'm doing this to myself. There have to be jobs out there that have normal hours, normal workload, and normal managers. I really need to leave this toxic place.

Wow, what's project Ocean? Sounds another winner from top mgmt.
At NetApp, bad managers are rewarded for tasking people to death. The culture is very toxicand people take advantage of good workers by throwing things to them over the fence. Project OCEAN is the worst! The managers of this program need to take a close look at how people are being treated on the program. The other thing - why are consultants tasking NetApp employees with tasks? Write your SOWs correctly to begin with, dummies! You shouldn't hire consultants to boss around your employees. That's INSANE!
There are some leaders in Product who are slave drivers.
I'm just curious, are you feeling stressed because of work or thinking about layoffs? :) As a former NetApp employee, I used to feel more stressed about layoffs than the actual work. The workload at NetApp isn't too much and if you're smart, it's pretty easy to handle. There isn't any work at Netapp now that involves much thinking to do :D
I am not the op but I’m in support and I feel overworked. They haven’t hired in a couple of years to replace those who have left. I’m not ready to leave just yet, but has been on my mind when I am missing lunches, staying late, coming in early.
I’m in engineering. We haven’t done anything roughly since Harv came onboard.
Where are these downvotes coming from? No one actually believes we innovate software do they?
Kinda curious which department you work in.
No way you work for NetApp. Most people have nothing to do.
Everyone in the Channel is feeling the same way as you.
