Thread regarding Teradata Corp. layoffs

TD is such a toxic workplace

Even when we ignore constant layoffs, the work environment has become unbearable. The work drama never stops. The management is, mildly put, clicky and treats everybody outside of their inner circle poorly. The rest of us are not treated like human beings. It's just a horrible place to work.

Texan is still hanging around like a bad smell. He puckers up to RP so much that he got given a few other countries to look after. They too are now going bad.

Is he still at TD? The Texas Manager? Because several have been gone for some time.

Get out! The place is littered with toxic managers who only care for themselves and no one else. Vp's and above would sell their grandparents if they think it will get them credits with the ELT. It's become very sad in most teams with many now giving up after hearing the news of another 10% to be riffed in October

This describes marketing under JW.

You are not alone in witnessing this, along with the HR complaints against the most unethical and unprofessional MLT which have had zero impact.

I'm thankful I got out. I remember a Texan VP going on about how he was brought into the geo to save it all and telling everyone how to sell. It's little wonder the whole place has crashed and burned since he turned up.
