Citi Employees in EU are currently obligated to report most of stock transactions
There is no such law in EU...
EU law is much less restictive than US law and SEC, and Citi Global Policy.... , somehow limitiations are present only here
RISK team please verify those incidents in terms of fines and lawsuits...
