Layoffs are the sign of a lazy, greedy CEO

$10-20 million in bonus incentives for each person in leadership at Dell this year.

Greedy. Lazy.

Greedy, lazy, Michael smart - sure. But Dell has very little intellectual property to use as sustainable differentiation. Its main asset, no matter how much you might want to scoff at this, has always been its people. Downsizing is quick and easy, but what is the real plan for the future? How do profits stay the same or grow with 30% fewer people? What company has ever downsized its way to success?

Greedy yes, but lazy? Not sure about that.

Is there any Billionaires out there that are not greedy? Michael is a genius like it or not and he is successful. Who else has kept a PC company going as long as he has? Servers and Storage are just big PC variants,

Dell is not here to make friends, they are here to make money.

They fired people so they can sell GPUs in a box cheaper.

Such genius is worth at least a billion dollars. You have to be Einstein level genius to think of that.
