All of US based Development/Subsurface/Wells/Exploration/Strategy/Portfolio JG1-5 staff (except new hires) have to apply for jobs.
Aug 23 - Org charts released
Sep 30 - Position list released
Early Oct - Letter category announcements
Oct 8-14 - Application window
Nov 25-29 - Outcomes shared
Jan 1 - New org go-live

Guidance is to apply for jobs at current SG level. Severance pay at 3wks/year. No voluntary severance/incentive packages.

It’s sad really that shell don’t share this info and you have to come to a 3rd party website to learn what’s going on. But I Think management pretend they are managing it for us (but actually it’s for their and hr convenience)

I just took a severance from manufacturing. It was capped at 72 weeks. I imagine that will be the same in this instance

These dates are in line with what I was told during my conversation, last day of employment if we’re unsuccessful would be 31 March 2025.

I guess having everyone apply is the fairest way really.
Also means that people that want the package can apply for jobs they know they wont get.
