Soon most US positions will be moved to QIPL (except power-point users), so plan ahead. After all, the only breakthrough work is done by Nuvia, no offense. Modem is quickly becoming a commodity with many players in the game, the rest of the company is dust.

Look at Apple, they shut down their auto team and re-deployed the team to AI and other groups. They know how to treat their employees with dignity and respect. Granted they were smart not to over-hire like we did as well as the entire tech industry. After nearly 20yrs the luster of working here has gone and we have been penny pinching so much that it’s literally depressing going to the office. I am putting in my bare minimum effort until I retire. I know many others are in the same camp so that’s why the overall company is depressed.

This is shorthand for everyone works more as we will have less staff to get the work needed. Plus more jobs are moving overseas for sure. Also,. 5 days a week on site is coming this year.

I am disgusted by the meeting. All he cares about is the businesses as opposed to the employees. He should treat us as his top priority.
