Who got hit in Software and Services. Was it mostly technical and engineering? Any from IT?

Yes, IT was impacted by layoff. Notified through personal email, because work email was no longer accessible.
I think GM stock is significantly overpriced, due to lack of transparency and widespread incompetency. GM culture remains nasty and dirty. Managers - often fail to manage competently. GM's mechanisms are still setup to press the best talent down towards layoff and promote the worst. Baris is too new to realize this, but he will face it soon.
Tesla will win this competition.
