I saw a post about women being laid off. I am also noticing that women (specifically in leadership roles) are clearly being pushed out. I am on the corporate side, but that’s all I’ll say out of fear of retaliation. What is the deal with Quest and the patriarchy? Is this the 1950s? Has anyone heard any rumors of layoffs? They say employee retention is import, but the treatment towards women clearly doesn’t reflect that. Quest is starting to get a bad reputation for this.
