They aren't trying to learn anything. They are only interested in data points that support their pre-existing agenda. E.g. In the video KCC talks about employee anxiety being an indication they need to double down on DIE initiatives. No mention that constant layoffs may be the dominant contributing factor. An absolute disgrace of a HRO.
Just infuriation that they are trying to learn from employees who are exiting. Who do they think they are, trying to make their company a better place?? Bloody furious.
She and HA previously worked together. Just saying….
