UnitedHealth’s health services segment Optum will lay off 524 employees in California, according to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification filed in the state on July 18.
This letter serves as notice, pursuant to the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN Act), Cal-WARN Act, and any other applicable state and local law, that on or around July 18, 2024, Optum (Company) will be carrying out layoffs and/or departmental closures at the following addresses:
