Thread regarding Canon Inc. layoffs

CSA Sales merging with CUSA JAN 2025

What does this mean for CSA branches?
Does CUSA spend the $ to rebrand or are more cuts on the way?
Do dealers take over the CSA portfolio?

You can put all the paint you want over the black mold. It’s just a matter of time until it surfaces. Canon will never fix the root of the cause they will just continue to the paycheck that is the black mold.

I love the reply must be a competitor expressing a wet dream or a dealer. Too funny as the question originally posted is a valid one. I see nothing hidden in that ask, in fact it is a question that will be answered in a couple months. No matter what takes place, it will be inevitable that Francis and his leadership team will be either integrated into CUSA management or shed. Between the service organization and professional services, the management structure is too heavy to maintain the current worker ratio when combined with CUSA. Professional Services I suspect will get a deeper cut seeing that many of the workers basically stand around at customers with 3-4 reps at a time on site.
If you are a customer, you have to scratch your head wondering how many service and professional service people do you need on site to fix a problem.

Must be a competitor expressing a wet dream. Or is it a dealer?
