I don’t know if she enjoyed that - she definitely doesn’t seem to realize that telling people they’re going to be let go - aka gut punch- and then releasing a laugh is going to be seen as a little psychopathic.
Whether it was intentional or not is lost at that point in time.
Nobody cares about female leadership or not. Remember our previous CFO being female - no issues. Liz is not capable of running strategy. As for running CX - it’s probably unfortunate that Maria and now Liz both got it. Can’t say if Liz is wholly incomptent or just at Cisco strategy - because frankly everyone seems to have failed or left early so far.
Anyway calm your pants down : pp or otherwise: large or small. This is a place to complain about about incompetent leadership not gender biases.

The ELT doesn't really owe you anything. It seems so many of you know how to fix the so called problems within Cisco. Well why aren't you somewhere running a company the way you say is the right way then??
