Let's hear everyone's thoughts here. So far, this is an utter disaster. ELT doesn't care about anyone other than wall street. Making employees sit here and stress for a month whether or not they are going to have a job or not is as unethical as it comes.

I think Chuckie drinks heavily every night before negative check ins so he would look tired and sad but it is just a hangover - he just celebrates more money for himself the night before and reminds me of the dragon in Hobbit sitting on all the gold and wanting it all for himself. And Fran is like she lost her cat to a drunk driver with that fake sadness on her face. Fake people but some deserve an Oscar for their performance
I have figured out why Cisco ELT are so obsessed with AI. Because they have no native intelligence of their own. Hence, the hope that they can be better lifeforms with assistance from an artificial version of intelligence. Hence, no emphasis on innovation, invention or productization of a whole bunch of patents that we publish.
Would ANY intelligent being would EVER consider putting LC even at a janitor level, leave alone exec panel?! How did she get up there?!
I was always amazed at how someone so vacuous and full of b0ll0cks like our UK SE leader could ever get up to a director level. Now I know. Default required quality to rise through management layers at Cisco are narcissism and brainlessness. Bring on that change which is the only constant! Amen.
I just feel bad for whoever has to go back and rebrand everything "0.93Cisco"
Makes me feel so much better that the ELT bonus is less than the rest of us!! Seriously? They shouldn’t get a bonus at all!! Maybe that would save a couple more jobs!

Making us wait a month shakes even more of us loose, as many will jump ship rather than wait to be pushed. Best get out there and grab another job before there is much more competition to do so!
Corporate America and College Football are some of the few places you can fail miserably and still make millions. This is our culture. They will also lie right to your face and they couldn't care less.
