Why doesn’t micron show DEI numbers to non-USA sites?

The DEI report is Micron generated propaganda. They only show what they want to be seen in it. Don't print it out, that way it will never be worth less that the paper it is printed on.

Bet they didn't show the age of the people laid off in the DEI report. That is a stat that anyone over 50 at Micron should be asking to see.

Ask your coworkers to list the people they know that retired from Micron and the people they know that were laid-off. Bet they can name at least two that got laid-off vs retired.

Sounds like micron HR is trying to do some damage control and or change the meaning of the main post.
Is micron pushing DEI in foreign countries? No.

Micron should screen for this before promotions to leadership and offer the afflicted help.

I agree with some of the other posters here, we all have choices and if it is not favorable for you to work there, go where it can be. Too much whining and negativity.
