Google Ca Warn Report and click on first result it's the EDD site then notices - it's the July to current one
Paramount- new one is at bottom
Anyone know whats the reliable source to check for CA WARN notice? I don't see official page where we can check these notices. Thank you in Advance
Not to be insensitive but I wish they would hand me my package !! I’ve been through so many chopping blocks and frankly I’m ready for chapter 2 more happier for my life that one I control and not the corporate world! Stay focus and BRAVE everyone out there!
I hope this isn't CA numbers and other states as well otherwise we are only 469 folks in out of two thousand plus
I believe it's the loophole within the WARN Act where employers are not required to submit notice ahead of time if they keep employees on payroll during the notice period.
California Warn report doesn't appear to be up to date just yet. The Gower St. office and Paramount lot has a lot of people.
There also isn't one for TN (Nashville location). Perhaps that one won't actually show up since NY is the actual HQ. I could be way off on that.
This su-ks bad for a lot of good people regardless.
Those could be for the employees laid off last week. I heard that in some cases the remain in payroll until a certain dater, mainly to meet NY Warn laws, and then after that is when severance kicks in.
I wonder if this is a third round of layoffs or different layoffs related to the merger
