Across all levels of the company. Introduce a hard and fast- you are getting it done or you or not rule. Too many AC are calling 20-30 people by noon and done for the day.

Look at director percentages and outcomes. MS and ADH are top performers

Why are there admissions managers bragging about their 130k-200k plus salary and meanwhile my manager who busts their butt working nights and weekends doesn’t make 6 figures
