We need a leader like Jim Keller as our next CEO… someone who would put emphasis on product design and excellence and who would cut the cr-p out with the loaders and power point spewers. Someone with cojones to stop the bleeding of cash and the brain drain of the good engineering resources leaving or being poached by Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, AMD, ARM, Qualcomm, Nvidia, and Netflix.

People buy Musks cars because they are cheap and subsidized by the government. Even with those advantages, sales are still down.

Jim left for good reasons.
Intel is unfixable.
Intel has fundamental business model problems that nobody is going to solve.
As good as Jim is, there is no such thing as magic.
It really is a shame what happened to Intel. Andy must be rolling in his grave.
