Compensation changes

Did anyone notice the mention of changes in roles, compensation and WFR as part of the changes to the reorganization? Does someone have any inside information? Would the compensation changes only apply to those whose role gets changed?

You must be new.

SCP changes are pretty much worldwide so no one gets to dodge these. You’ll be compensated the same as the person you’re standing shoulder to shoulder with.

@loo+1u2jT5Ay Wrong. Sales more heavily targeted on CSG less on ISG.
Push more towards patner route for ISG. More gates and higher targets coming.
Which drives lower morale.(Yes I know hard to imagine)
More unhappy staff which means more unhappy customers and the cycle continues.
May change next quarter and the quarter after that and so on.
But senior VP wont admit we have an issue.
Staff have said we have low morale senior managment have said no we dont.Its not us its you.
We will give more pizza to help morale is the message.
We are all on the titanic just before the iceberg hit.

My inside source tells me everything stays the same for this quarter. An exercise to edit titles and compensation could start impacting people in Q4.
