Let’s get rid of all this employees, and post jobs right away for recruiters. If you are still employed here, get out ASAP. Have something in the back going on so you have options if it happens when you least expect it.

I don't think there is any logic behind all this. It's either corporate greed, they are planning on selling and trying to get it to where the company looks profitable, or a combination of both.
Either way you look at this, the company is now tainted as well as the company name. I know of quite a few people that found jobs already and put there two weeks in. Best thing you can do is be proactive. Everyone knows there jobs aren't secure like the company is portraying it to be. Get in front of this and secure another job that will see your talents.
