I assume the roles they want to eliminate or move abroad are very targeted

I wonder why there won’t be an EOI? Are they afraid too many will take it?

You clowns that post on here about all the things that you have “heard” about layoffs, EOI, moves from here to there, disastrous reorganizations are full of 💩. None of what was predicted here by you “ITK” (bahahahaha) has come true. The terrifying part is some of you are design engineers who, at least on here anyway, have demonstrated a real lack of accuracy. Hopefully someone is checking your work before the bits start turning.

The CEO says a lot of things. Just a few months ago he said we’re not doing a large scale reorg. Let’s see what happens in mid September

BPX has been told multiple times, and by the CEO, that there is no plan to move the office to Houston.

In the words of the late great Ron Swanson, "Slash it! SLASH it!"

Laughs heartely thankful that I left this mess a while back.

I'm hearing from my contacts internally that there is a decent chance that they are moving L48 back to Westlake from CO.

Is that true?

Company-wide EOI is not likely. After reinvent the C-suite said they don’t plan to do that again. This will probably be managed separately in each business.
