Youtubers with millions of subs are bashing intel for the 13th/14th gen cpu's oxidation/corrosion/voltage defects. The severance money will be used to replace all those EUD.

These PC Youtube videos are mainly watched by kids, teens and nerds. None of them make have the money or make purchase decisions in the first place. As long as Intel has the OEM's by the soft bits, all is well.
If you mean no severance for ISP then maybe. It will be at least the 60 days notice required by the WARN act. VSP and early retirement will go through as advertised.
Intel's probably won't make the RMA process easy and a lot will be declined. The biggest cost will be reputation but that isn't what it used to be. Partner companies who are having to deal with the support costs from their customers will think twice before using Intel products in their designs.
Most isp won’t get it. And this will be a giant shock to everyone. But many on here warned us. Watch we will find out soon enough.
