As a younger person, and someone who had other jobs before Dell - run! Just leave before it’s too late, and you get su-ked in and lose perspective. To all younger peeps who may think this is a great place to work, and would look great on a resume - it’s not, and it will not. I know it may still sound prestigious to some in my generation, so there’s fair warning.

I think young people already know Dell is not one of the cool desirable companies.

Have a short term exit strategy.
My advise regarding Dell for younger people is use it to get certifications, build skills and leave, do NOT get su-ked into the "we are family"

I've already seen several rotation folks leave groups because they weren't getting the AI and ML work that they went to school for. They were put into roles that just didn't challenge them and then moved into other roles...and still not getting what they're looking for.
If that’s how you feel and you can’t wait to be let go, why don’t you find another job, leave and stop taking money under false pretences? You’re the kind of leach that we don’t need.

At minimum constantly work on an alternate skill so you aren't forced to do things you really don't want to do for the money. One of the worst state's of existence is to be forced to work for incompetent people because you are forced to submit due to no other options.
Repeating buzz words and filling out spreadsheets is not the talent in high demand during deep recession.
Just go, find your passion. Your brain and creativity is atrophied as you wait to get fired.
