How can I guarantee I’ll be apart of the next layoffs? I’m burnt out and don’t want to be here anymore. I don’t have a job lined up but have savings for 6 months.

Make it known no matter how awkward the conversation might be; lists can still be adjusted to save someone who may want to stay here. This is a fact.
Be an absolute nightmare.
I saw a movie about this called Office Space. In this movie the main character decides he no longer cares about his job so he begins to come in only when he sees fit, kick back, play video games at his cubicle and generally do nothing. You'd think this would get him fired but instead the corporate consultants that were brought in to reduce headcount identified him as a "straight sho-ter with upper management written all over him" and he was therefore promoted.
Lists are already in you will need to wait till next round if we have one.
