Doesn't mean much. Can go lower.

Other S&P 500 stocks also below tangible book value: Citigroup is at 67% , Ford is 91%, General Motors at 77%, Mosaic at 85%.

What is the present value of a giant fab with no customers?

You sure it’s tangible book?
The asset needs to actually yield income to be valuable.
