Would it be possible to get WFH permissions with a doctor's note?

I have ADHD, I can't focus at work and I get really overstimulated. If I were to provide a doctor's note regarding this, would I be able to cut down the amount of time I spend physically at work if not get full WFH permissions?

HT has autism, and he is going in every day. I may get a note from Dr. HT. The note shall say, move into your cubicle.
