Any leaks on what is coming in the second wave of reorganization in P&T?

Previous poster correct - 1s and 2s on the chopping block. The larger impact will be to groups consolidating as a result. As and Bs removing more senior roles as the financial impact is greater and opex is primary target. Roles that have reappeared since reshape are under heavy fire. I wish the best for everyone P&T is a revolving door - Many many work on things that have zero impact on the top line or bottom line - Could disappear tomorrow and no customer or business would notice. Very sad but very true.
I am hearing major cuts to 1s & 2s but no surprise there as that always happens
I doubt there will be a single date for all P&T. Each EVP is doing their own thing. That's why this feels like a perpetual re-org. It just never ends. Some EVPs haven't done a proper first round yet.
