Maybe it's just checking a box but, any expectations from this new person? I assumed this was "just-fill-the-void" left by Calvin. (OR) is CSG trying to make some moves here?
What's the plan CSG?

What's the plan CSG?
All I know is that there have been a steady stream of exits in the sales org. ATS's and AE's. What's to incent sales reps once you've converted your patch to Universal licensing? Most of my former customers have either significantly decreased or flat out sunset their Citrix environments. Lot of them have moved to AVD/Nerdio, others to a more modern ZTNA / SSE approach. Maybe kept a handful of VDI sessions around for ultra-legacy use cases.
Anyone reading this - very sad what's happened to Citrix in the last 2 years, and even more disappointing how CSG expects customers to pay the uplift for an overly inflated licensing joke on a deprecated legacy system. CSG is no longer developing!
what does this all mean? There is no direction, in fact, there hasn't been any direction in the last couple years since Tom K took over.
what's the customer opinion? Concerned here on what is the actual impact of the CSG strategy
I was surprised. Feels like they are playing the fiddle while Rome burns or rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. Huge uphill battle to turn around customer opinion. LinkedIn is full of employees trying to promote some minor change or small accomplishment with virtually no likes.
