Is Broadcom retaining real estate because they don't want to take a hit on selling commercial properties presently in the toilet or are they expecting some solid staffing growth in the near future?

because that property is tied up in iron-clad multi-year leases that the old man can't weasel out of. It's easier to raise EBIDTA by letting go of some people. gotta think short-term, so Hock can line his and the other share holder's pockets.
