If you think about it- they serve no purpose. If you are a store manager you are paid to hit your metrics and put out the fires in your own building. Same with pharmacy managers….
Every store should have an SMIT, PM emerging leader a regional can pull at anytime to replace managers not running there stores efficiently. 🤷🏻♀️

How about we eliminate BOTH district leaders AND regional directors? Way too much middle management that could very easily be cut
Name a retailer without DLs. RDs are the fat that needs to go.
