They won't retain CHA position. Optum does not have a field outreach like LM. The function will cease to exist.
Worst game of musical chairs ever. I wonder who’s going to be running this circus with all the the roles they’re cutting. Good thing they have plenty of clowns left!
Buffalo’s Community Health Advocate meeting at 1:15.
Care coordinator leads in the East market, laid off
Best of luck to them retaining the new position of Community Health Worker in most markets. It's as if they took a CHA and a Case Manager and merged the two then cut the pay significantly. I'm done w/ this company and industry. What an absolute shame that it'll take a full falling of Rome before the healthcare system works better for everyone.
Some of us like to know what the company is doing since there's no transparency, who is getting affected and to specifically pray for folks in certain roles. There is nothing wrong in asking about acronyms. I'm sorry you feel otherwise.
@ytw+1tzxR5gu If you’re not a CHA then you shouldn’t stress out so badly over what the acronym stands for.
All CHA managers have one right before the CHAs.
Michigan as well.
