Ohhhh, looks like some one got a little hurt about a comment on how bad the secret service failure was.....A failure due to DEI, where as a few were put in positions based on such rubbish, and it showed because they were lacking in qualification and skill.....even caught on video, as the op had stated in his/her/its post that was taken down.

Many companies already scrapped their DEI programs. The few corporate people in the world I talked with about this said the idea was targeted at the minority groups obviously. This idea is something many folks are very uncomfortable talking about, just because of what it's centered around. The people that these kinds of programs were designed to help, want nothing to do with these companies. I saw nothing in the DEI literature that included anything about quality candidates. NOTHING! What I saw alot of was everything to do with ethnicity and skin color. Were all the same to the man upstairs. He won't judge us by our skin color or ethnic background, but the corporate world will. That alone is why I have a big problem with the program and will never stand by them. Judging people and granting employment on the basis of skin color or ethnicity instead of qualifications is WRONG!
