30 minute meeting called “Regroup” was sent last night for disciplines at LM in Michigan market.

People absolutely get them the morning of. Anywhere between 7 and 11am you could receive an invite.
The last time my team was affected (January), impromptu 15-minute meeting invites took place mid-morning PST. I think the rule of thumb is before noon EST but honestly, who knows. It doesn't feel safe anywhere.
Well it is 6 AM in Florida and I haven’t received an email. I have no idea if this is good or if this is bad. This whole process is ridiculous.

Do those that are getting RIF’d ever get them the morning of? I haven’t received one but i fully anticipate being let go.
You shouldn’t get invites this late. Typically, it’s between 4-5pm local time based on what I have heard from previous RIFS.
15 min is bad. 30 min is survivor.
