Racist white guy that cant stand that a few minorities and I imagine even our many Indian colleagues have jobs and thinks that's the reason he cant get ahead. God forbid a company employ some talented LGBTQ and disabled individuals who provide value or hire someone that may need sponsorship. I used to work in an office that was all white dudes and hiring bias is real. DEI and EEO are good things. At the same time anyone in a CRG do not get too attached to any work support system that can be ripped away from a layoff. That's the only reason I find the CRGS and other programs laughable is because CVS cannot give a sh-t.

I recall seeing a "colleague awareness about su----e prevention" on colleaguezone. Did they give any consideration to the 5000 people that got laid off's mental health? There's bigger problems than your bias here sir.

Dei efforts undermine the people deserve positions based on merit which leads to poor company performance. Boeing literally has planes falling out of the sky due in part to not hiring the right people.

I don't know any company that's dumping DEI but the couple that targets rural areas like Tractor Supply.

As a consumer of Aetna and CVS services, I don't care if you sc--w up my prescription / EOB / retail order, as long as I can clearly see you're a member of a protected group and you share your pronouns with me! Cheers

Just because KL and her ilk promote DEI doesn’t make it inherently wrong, and other companies dumping it doesn’t mean giving respect and equal opportunity is bad. It’s just that there is nothing this leadership team can’t sc--w up . Just sayin.
