Honestly, the best thing that happened to me. I had another job lined up, since I made it my habit long ago to always be on the lookout. I was actually trying to decide whether to stay or leave. I’m so glad they made that decision for me, because the moment I left I felt a huge burden falling off my shoulders. Anywhere is better than Intuit, trust me.

Yes. Intuit pays very well for most positions, but it's a cancerous environment. You work like a dog and get no recognition except for the Spotlights. Don't get me wrong. Spotlights are great, but they are not career advancement.
