Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Oh yes Monica. I worked on her team for many years and her vp cronies are the cause of the decline. They do absolutly nothing and never once improved quality. In fact, their appointed friends of the VPs also did absolutely NOTHING and were some of the most incompetent people I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Wellmed should consider cutting that cord if they want to succeed. They were more concerned about demonic portals in their living rooms and took 8 week vacations while their VP friends didn't bat an eye. Now that is true friendship right there!

It would be great definitely increase employee morale, as she tries to dictate everything with her do as I say not as I do mentality. She and her VPs will throw you all under the bus to save themselves.
