Thread regarding Phillips 66 layoffs

Executives at P66/ WEP

Interestingly, they are spending so much on WEP to cut jobs, yet the executives are still flying first class and corporate jets around the world.
Half of the travel isn't even necessary, they want to be seen, and line up their next gig for when they milk P66 dry. If they stopped making unnecessary travel they would have more money to pay their shareholders and keep more employees. Why must Mark L. travel 1/4 out of a year?

Can anyone share if there have been layoffs in the Houston office. It sounds like there is talk about it, but I have not heard of anyone having to leave.

Our new John Deere HR exec spreading the same poison that he spread there. DEI and Layoffs. What a legacy. Go run a bobsled instead.

They say we are "family" and they pay everyone fairly, but I don't see special parking, snacks, and private showers/restrooms for the rest of us. Even their assistants make way more than regular ones on other floors. The rest of us do all the hard work and they take credit for it. I'd like to see they cut people from the top before they come for the rest of us

So called management on 15th floor completely lost touch of reality . Incompetent executives that were brought in recent years and in-decisive CEO. Asking sites to look at every penny while executives are cutting employees and paying WEP consultants hefty dollars while traveling in Jets. True hypocrisy

And why does P66 still own Stony Island?
