Thread regarding TransUnion layoffs

Didn't Earn It

Now that Microsoft completely squashed their DEI program, I wonder how long TU will take, to follow suit. I got the under for about 9 months, hoping we get an email a lot sooner from Teedra how this workplace racism aka DEI will be terminated.

DEI at this company is a joke. I only see Caucasian and Indian in mid and upper management. Where’s African American, Hispanic, and non-Indian Asians in leadership? HR Susan doesn’t count.

TU is out touch. DEI is not an appreciated philosophy in the GCC countries. It was a bad idea years ago and a bad idea now.

I don't think TU will ever announce a plan to abandon DEI. Even if they choose to do so, they'll do it silently. We should have never adopted it in the first place. TU should concentrate on bringing jobs to America.

Bring TU jobs back to America.
