Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

Nielsen settlement offer database

  1. LPM Sales Manager - no lawsuit, only demand letter. Settled for 60,000-80,000
  2. Swat Membership Rep - pro se - NIELSEN offered 51,000 but pro se declined due to not wanting to be illegally silenced from speaking out
  3. Nielsen Executive - lawsuit - She settled out of court. I estimate she settled for over $250,000+

Anyone know of any other lawsuit offers or settlements?

Nielsen didn't pay me for all my time worked. Nielsen management wanted me to roll back my timecard and also nit report all my time worked. I'm sure a lot of Nielsen employees weren't paid for their time.

Here is one lawsuit and settlement example:

LA LPM sales manager got a lawyer who drafted a letter. Nielsen inediately settled so no lawsuit was filed. His lawyer took a percentage cut. Total settlement was either 60 or 80K.

"Everything referenced in OP is public record"

How is LA LPM sales manager settling for 60K or 80K public record when Nielsen forced him to sign a confidentiality agreement? He told me how much he settled for after a demand letter. I forgot if it is 60K or 80K. I am not bound by any of Nielsen's confidentiality provisions. I am sharing the info to help future people who sue.

Nielsen has a long history of lawsuits spanning many decades…. When did this forum become a ‘Lawsuit Database’????…it’s about CURRENT LAYOFFS. Everything referenced in OP is public record and has been mentioned in previous posts over past year. And they DO NOT pertain to layoffs…. So please LAYOFF….
