I have seen many matching job profiles and in many cases hiring manager dies not even respond to your teams message query. Why do we even have these job postings? And if employees give worst ever ratings to leadership team what is wrong in it?

If your resume is written as poorly as your post, they saw it, read it, and rejected it. No further discussion is required. The real question is how you got a job here in the first place.
