That number looks like executives got disgorged of finical compensation on several years worth of sotck and cash ola; otherwise that number makes no sense. Ouchie, lets look for SEC disclosures for big sales and you will have your answer
On May 8, 2024, Lead Plaintiffs filed an unopposed motion for preliminary approval of the settlement, and on May 13, 2024, the Court preliminarily approved the settlement. The proposed settlement provides $65 million in cash for the benefit of the Settlement Class.
