Anyone reading this who is higher up in the food chain, do you think the company will go after folks who don't stay in office 4 hrs?
Some people come in, login and immediately leave and go home and work from home.

As long as you hit 60% and don’t flag anything and your manager is cool, you should be good.
Go/attendance.
I think you need to swipe in and log into a workstation for 4 hours to be counted in for the day.
They’re probably asking because this is what OP does.
Who cares. JPM is such a big company with so much money, do you really think this matters. Just mind your own business.
