Keeping 3 days/week in office

Just heard from someone in the know that they will be keeping the 3 day in office structure. MDs have been told they will need to keep track of all exceptions they and their reports approve and they'll be certain thresholds not to exceed the allowed 3 weeks WFH. WFH exceptions will be reviewed as normal with no more or less scrutiny and those who lost their office space due to the real estate footprint reduction will be told they can remain WFH and will not need to relocate to Westlake or Denver.

I have suggestion of EC, why we should run around
Just call everyone 5 days a week and put them on PROD support for Saturday and Sunday.

I am the someone these OPs have heard from and I know nothing other than our Exec Leadership isn’t doing any better now that they are in the office. Morale blows. Our stock is a joke. High performers will leave whenever they can. And all the ex consultants we hire don’t know Jack.
