Does anyone out there know which roles will be effected within Landmark and when?! I am exhausted from being a sitting duck! I have heard SW, CM's, CHA managers, CHA's and now I've even heard it may be some of the ED's, NP's and MD's! What is happening and why are they taking so long to just make their decisions and let people move on with life. There is no job security here and it is so draining to worry/wonder day in and day out! Any insight from anyone that has heard from valuable sources would be greatly appreciated.

It's not about taking time to decide. They have been working on the general HBMC layout likely pre LM & Prospero acquisition with final decisions probably Q4_23. I can only assume the when and how many are based on a) public perception because it will impact stocks and open enrollment, and b) something with either regulation or WARN act.
I’ve heard the same , hard to tell what’s rumors and what is possibly true. Stressful week for sure
I’ve heard SW/BH managers, BHCMs, CHAs, possible restructuring of SW, possibly HSMs… all rumors. No one will confirm anything. Patiently waiting for 7/18 to see if my anxiety has peaked for a reason or if this was all fluff.
